Elevating women online and in person
IT’S TIME FOR WOMEN TO CLAIM THEIR RIGHTFUL SPACE
EyeStorm is here to support women across the world to step forward and speak up with more confidence and a stronger voice. We want to elevate women’s position in society and encourage equality for all.
INFORM • EDUCATE • IMPLEMENT
We ensure we involve men to help us inform, educate and implement more equality measures.
Boosting women’s confidence will support not only them, but yield economic and social benefits for everyone.
It’s time to Speak Up!
There’s still a long way to go when it comes to equality. We don’t have enough women in leadership positions and the consequences of this is detrimental for our whole society. We need to step forward and speak up – to change the patterns, habits and culture of men leading our world. With more women at the helm, we will have stronger communities, higher profits and a calmer world.

A HEART PROJECT
After nearly 30 years in high-end TV and film production, working on everything from Volvo and Kellogg’s commercials to James Bond and Harry Potter films, I started The Vlog Academy. I support thousands of people to communicate better on video and to get more confident in front of the camera.
As I started holding corporate vlog workshops in the City of London, I noticed that men and women had a very different levels of confidence in front of the camera. I saw it again and again, and it developed into a pattern.
As I set up the cameras and asked the group to get filming, all the men stepped forward, and all the women took a step back – most of them just wanted to melt into the wall.
If it was like this at a high corporate level in the City, what is it like in the rest of the world?
Women have very different blocks, fears and needs than men, and want more long-term support and accountability.
The impact and consequences of this is enormous. For women, for businesses, in our communities and on humanity, globally. For every woman who is held back, there’s a dent in the gender equality progression.
This is why EyeStorm Women was born – a community just for women, offering a more holistic pathway to confidence, with a mixture of training, workshops and events, to develop courage from the inside out, to step forward and speak up.
Speak Up Woman! is our latest public speaking training course and speaker event for women. Watch this space!
